FORM 1-

I bought this lad at the  Aintree sale in 2019 after he won his debut point-to-point. He was a big raw horse that was going to need time, but I just loved the way he moved and his presence at the sales.

Once he was home I realised just how much of a shell he was and he soon looked like he needed a good holiday so I gave him an early break. He came back into training at the start of last season but was still on the weak side, so we didn't rush him and gave him the time he needed to mature. This paid dividends and he was ready to run in a bumper when Lockdown hit us so I chucked him out on his holidays with the majority of my other horses.

Having enjoyed his time out, he has finally become the horse I hoped and he looks fabulous after a great summer. He has returned into training and is showing me all the signs of a good horse. He jumps very well and I would expect him to be winning novice hurdles in the near future. The plan would be to go straight hurdling this season as we have allowed him plenty of time to mature and I feel a bumper at this point simply wouldn't be necessary.

He is by Black Sam Bellamy and would stand at 16.2hh. I would have him down as more of a 2 1/2 mile hurdler that will stay 3 miles in time and is undoubtedly a chaser in the making.
